My strength lies in the range of industries I’ve served. Over two decades I have worked across government agencies, defence laboratories, global corporates, NGOs and family businesses — designing interventions that meet leaders exactly where they are.
The work moves fluidly between executive coaching, facilitation, leadership development and organizational consulting. It is grounded in psychology, shaped by systems thinking and delivered with warmth.

Led “The First Crystal”, an 18‑month intensive executive development program for thirty middle‑management leaders — all of whom were promoted post‑intervention.
