I’m Dr. Kavitha Gudapati — an organizational psychologist, facilitator and ICF‑ACC certified executive coach with over two decades of work across defence, government, technology, finance, education and family business.

My strength lies in the range of industries I’ve served. Over two decades I have worked across government agencies, defence laboratories, global corporates, NGOs and family businesses — designing interventions that meet leaders exactly where they are.

From missile programs to global auditors — a timeline of interventions built on trust and measurable outcomes.
BDL is India’s nodal agency for the production of missiles developed by India, under the Ministry of Defence. Led “The First Crystal”, an 18‑month intensive executive development program for thirty middle‑management leaders — all of whom were promoted post‑intervention.
A two‑year consulting engagement to elevate customer perceptions and satisfaction across Volvo. The program spanned diagnostics, top‑to‑bottom skill development, process improvement, leadership retreats and quarterly reviews — delivering a 9% lift in customer satisfaction, the highest in the APAC region. Also led senior management team building for Volvo Malaysia in 2008.
A missile systems laboratory under DRDO with a focus on design, development and flight evaluation of missile systems for the Indian armed forces. Empaneled trainer since 2004, working closely with their women’s initiative activities.
As part of GE’s ‘Health Ahead’ program, served as consultant counselor and coach for two years, coaching 130 executives and training HR to sustain a culture of wellbeing.
Engaged with NATFAM, BSNL’s training division, as a trainer for the state‑owned telecommunications leader.
Leadership coach for the CEO and Chief of Operations of Shakti Foundation, a project of ClimateWorks. Also facilitated team synergy for a top management council of fourteen project leaders.
Led a Corporate Trauma Intervention at PwC Hyderabad following the Satyam controversy, working with sixteen senior professionals to help them process the crisis and build resilience.
Trainer aligned with WIN, Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative Network, training ~100 high‑potential women executives.
